Founded on November 11, 1987, the British Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic is a non-profit association that currently boasts over 150 members representing the various productive sectors of the country, as well as representatives and importers of British-origin products. The British Chamber is a dynamic platform that represents the commercial interests of its members and associates. Its primary goal is to promote, facilitate, and increase the economic, commercial, industrial, financial, technological, scientific, and cultural exchange between the Dominican Republic and the United Kingdom. For this reason, every year, activities are designed to foster trade exchange between both countries, identifying business opportunities, economic sectors to be developed, and potential investors for them.”

Our Goals
Promote cultural, trade, and investment exchanges between the Dominican Republic and the United Kingdom.
Position the Dominican Republic before the United Kingdom, highlighting its virtues as a country, its strategic geographical position, advanced infrastructures, incentive programs, and exportable products.
Generate added value for our members by assisting in trade missions, providing relevant information, visa services, and other opportunities that we, as a Chamber of Commerce, can offer due to their membership.
Internal and external communication channel so that our members can access UK companies and institutions as a counterpart or commercial ally.
